If you could go back in time and give your younger self advice, what would it be?

Well, this one has been on my mind a lot of late!

Circumstances, in recent months, have had me replaying endless ‘Sliding Doors’ moments from my past. The theme, affairs of the heart and the advice,  which I do now give to my children,

Know your worth

Avoid giving those ‘Red Flag’ relationships second chances. Don’t waste your time on someone who is never going to make you happy. Have the courage to say ‘Goodbye’ and move on.Because whilst you procrastinate, many wonderful opportunities to find the person and the happiness you deserve may be lost.

Gosh, do I sound a little bitter this morning? I don’t mean to, but when I look back on the people I didn’t choose, because I was giving someone else a second, or even third chance….it’s hard not to feel a little sad…
